🔄 Return Guidelines & Exchange

You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your package.
 After that window, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns or offer exchange.

Once your return request is approved, our courier will arrange a pickup within 5 working days.

❌STRICTLY NO REFUND❌ Only Exchange if you are ELIGIBLE!

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return and Exchange:

  • Sale Items, Reduction Price, Promo Items, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer received the correct items, but does not approve of the color, design, or sizes.

 

📌Important:
If you are ELIGIBLE for Return and Exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The weight and quantity of the bundle must remain intact and unchanged. Any missing pieces will void the return.
  • Items should be securely repacked in the original sack or box.
  • The paper label (if any) must be clearly visible and included.

Note: The customer/buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges to our warehouse.

  • Providing proof of a short video upon opening the bundle, showing the condition of the bundle, is better.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.  If approved, you will be notified by our team. Amount should be the same or higher. Buyer to cover any shipping fees for returns.

We have both. Our bundles are generally:

Brand new overrun stock
Ukay-preloved, thrifted
Mall pull-outs or factory-excess, mostly in like-new condition
Product soting clearly stated on each product listing."

What does “overruns” or “pull-outs” mean?

They are brand new items. Overruns are extra items produced by manufacturers that exceed retail orders.

Pull-outs are stocks removed from retail stores due to overstock or seasonal changes.

 

How many pieces or kilos are in one bundle?
Each product listing mentions:

Either number of pieces (e.g., 49 pcs)

Or weight (e.g., 30kg cotton shirts)

Yes! Most of our bundles have actual item photos or live videos. Please join on our regular LIVE SELL SHOW every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10am to see
the actual produt live! You may also refer to sample videos uplodaded on each listing. You also message us on whatsapp with the product title & code and will try to send you, your request.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged bundle?
If the items you receive are incorrect, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The bundle must be complete in weight or quantity.
